We accept PayPal and US Postal Money Orders only, please.

Shipping:

On Ready Made Items: We ship the next business day after payment has been received and cleared (unless otherwise stated).

Custom Orders: We ship next business day after construction is finished and payment has been received and cleared (unless otherwise stated).

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are made only if there is an error in the description, or possibly under special circumstances. No returns on hats, hair extensions, hair products, earrings and other certain products for health reasons.

I am happy to try to do custom orders! Let me know what you have in mind, and I'll do what I can. Also, feel free to message me about anything at all. I am very friendly!

Combined Shipping:

Can I combine shipping costs on October Sage Zazzle products and Handmade products on Etsy or Ebay or wherever else?

No we are unable to do this because unlike our handmade items, which we ship personally, Zazzle products are made by other manufacturers and are shipped through them. You can combine shipping costs with whichever site you order from. For example; Zazzle products combine for one shipping cost, Etsy orders are combined for one shipping cost and so on. We personally ship all handmade items, please see Shipping on Handmade Items for more information.

How do I cancel an order?

For handmade items, please email octobersage@yahoo.com with Subject: “Cancel Order” asap! Please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
